■ 직무소개 (Responsibilities)
- 글로벌 사용자를 위한 웹/모바일 웹 커머스 플랫폼과 내부 운영을 위한 백오피스 시스템의 프론트엔드를 개발합니다.
- 멤버십, 상품, 전시, 검색, 콘텐츠 등 핵심 온라인몰 기능이 사용자에게 효과적으로 전달되도록 UI/UX를 개발하고 고도화합니다.
- 프로덕트 매니저, 제품 디자이너와 긴밀히 협업하여 사용자 친화적인 인터페이스를 구현합니다.
- 웹 성능(Web Vitals), SEO(검색 엔진 최적화), 웹 접근성을 고려하여 글로벌 환경에 최적화된 코드를 작성합니다.
- 백엔드 엔지니어와 협업하여 효율적인 API 통신 구조를 정의하고, 복잡한 상태 관리(State Management)를 효율적으로 처리합니다.
- 다양한 국가와 언어 환경(i18n)을 지원하는 유연한 컴포넌트 시스템과 디자인 시스템을 구축하고 유지보수합니다.
- 풀 사이클 CI/CD를 기반으로 자동화된 테스트 및 배포 프로세스를 경험합니다.
- 코드 리뷰와 기술 공유를 통해 프론트엔드 기술 부채를 관리하고 모던 웹 기술 트렌드를 주도적으로 도입합니다.
- (Senior) 프론트엔드 아키텍처(Monorepo, Micro-frontend 등)를 설계하여 개발 생산성과 유지보수성을 극대화합니다.
- (Senior) UI 개발 표준을 수립하고 엔지니어링 문화를 이끌며 동료들과 함께 성장합니다.
- Develop high-quality frontend applications for the global commerce platform (Web/Mobile Web) and internal back-office systems.
- Develop and enhance user interfaces for core e-commerce features such as membership, product, display, search, and content.
- Partner closely with product managers and designers to implement user-friendly UI/UX.
- Optimize code for global environments, focusing on Web Vitals (performance), SEO, and Web Accessibility.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to define efficient API communication structures and handle complex client-side state management.
- Build and maintain flexible component libraries and design systems that support multiple countries and languages (i18n).
- Experience automated testing and deployment processes based on full-cycle CI/CD.
- Manage technical debt and proactively adopt modern web technologies through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- (Senior) Architect frontend systems (e.g., Monorepo, Micro-frontend) to maximize development productivity and maintainability.
- (Senior) Establish UI development standards and lead the engineering culture to grow with fellow engineers.

- 3+년(시니어는 7+년)의 전문적인 소프트웨어 개발 경험.
- 현대의 프로그래밍 언어 중 하나에 대한 전문성.
- 클라우드 환경에서의 개발 경험 혹은 클라우드 환경으로의 마이그레이션 경험.
- 현대의 웹 서비스 아키텍쳐에 대한 충분한 이해.
- 기술적 도전을 즐기는 자기주도적인 자세.
- 논리적 사고력과 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 능력.
- (시니어 레벨) 다양한 직무의 동료들과 긴 호흡으로 일해본 경험.
